If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number and business name if you choose to provide them, and the message you write.

The contact form works by opening your own email app with your message ready to send to us. We only receive it if you send it.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry and to discuss any possible transaction with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It may be handled by the providers who host our website and email, and we may share it with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep proper business records, and then we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. To do any of this, email info@jlcequityholdings.com.
